What is your return policy?
In the event you receive your customized order and there is a mistake on our part, we will work with you in every way possible to correct the issue(s). Make sure you review each proof very carefully before approving. Please note that customized orders cannot be refunded or returned when they match the approved proofs.
How long will it take to get my order?
From the time an order is placed until it's at your door, it varies for each transfer method and how busy we are. However, we do have rush service available if you're really in a pinch. Embroidery can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks from when you place an order, patches and color print (heat transfer) can take slightly longer because the patches have to be made. Also, since the pandemic, inventory with many brands has been a challenge. We try to do our absolute best to get orders out as quick as possible, and many of our customers attest to that. Give us a call or email us if you have any specific questions about the timeline with your order!
How are prices determined?
Price is determined by the quantity of product, the transfer method, and the product itself. When you order from us over the phone or online, we always set you up with one of our account managers so that they can get you the best pricing for your needs.
How do I pay for my purchase?
We offer the most popular payment methods when you place your order. If you would like to pay with a method not on our website, please send us an email so our team can assist you.
Can I get a sample:
With embroidery, we can do a sew out sample for almost any of our products. With something like a patch hat, we can send a sample of a blank hat with an example of the type of patch you want. Shipping costs do apply.
